What this site does

Football Squares Maker (the "site") is a tool for designing and printing football squares boards. It creates printable documents only.

No part in any pool

The site never collects, holds, transfers or pays out money for any pool, game or contest. How a board is used is up to the person who prints it. You are responsible for following the laws where you live, including any laws about pools or games of chance.

Watermark removal

Free boards include a line of text naming the site. A paid upgrade removes that line, either for one year from the purchase date or for the life of the site with the lifetime option, on the browser where it's unlocked, or on another browser after you restore it with the email used at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. The upgrade only changes how boards print; it does not buy anything related to any pool.

Refunds

If the upgrade doesn't work for you, email support@footballsquaresmaker.com within 7 days of purchase for a refund.

Your content

You're responsible for the names, text and pictures you put on your boards, and for having the right to use any logos or images you upload. Team names and logos belong to their owners. The site is not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, team or event.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We aren't liable for any loss that comes from using it or from any board made with it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
